Follow Him ﷺ is a 12-week live Seerah course for Muslim women and girls. You learn the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in 20-minute live classes on Google Meet, 6 days a week, taught in English by verified female teachers. Every class connects one part of his life to a real problem in yours.

The Seerah is the life story of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ: his birth in Makkah around 570 CE, the first revelation when he was 40, his migration (hijrah) to Madinah in 622 CE and his passing in 632 CE. Studying it means learning how he actually lived — with family, friends, enemies, money, grief and leadership — not only what he said.

Muslim women and girls who love the Prophet ﷺ but feel they don’t really know him — school and university students, working women, wives and mums, and new Muslims. No previous study is needed.

Clips give you moments; this gives you the whole story, in order, with a teacher you can ask. Every lesson is live, built on the Qur’an, authentic hadith and classical Seerah works, and ends with one small thing to practise that day. Weak or made-up stories are flagged, not repeated.

Every class is live on Google Meet — 20 minutes, Monday to Friday, with your ustadha. Saturday is your apply day, with a live Q&A.

Every lesson is built from the Qur’an, authentic hadith (such as Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) and classical Seerah works, and lists its sources. When a well-known story is weak or has no authentic chain, we say so instead of repeating it.

No. Some of the most-shared Seerah stories online have no authentic source — for example, the story of a woman who threw rubbish on the Prophet ﷺ every day. We point these out so you know the difference.
