Cancellation & Refund Policy
Short version: if it’s not for you, tell us within 7 days of the cohort starting and you get every rupee back.

7-day full refund
If you decide the course isn’t for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of the cohort’s start date (for the founding cohort, Monday, 9 November 2026) and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid. No questions asked.
If you join after the cohort has started, the 7 days count from the date of your first payment.
After the first 7 days
After the refund window, payments already made are not refundable. You can cancel your remaining monthly payments at any time before the next one is due — just tell us — and you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
If we cancel or postpone
If we cancel a cohort, or postpone it by more than two weeks, you can choose a full refund or a free move to the next cohort.
Gifted seats
Refunds for a gifted seat are paid to the person who paid for it.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us at our contact form with your name, the phone number or email you used to enrol, and your payment reference if you have it.
When you’ll receive it
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days, back to the original payment method (UPI, card or bank account). Depending on your bank, it can take a further 5–7 working days to appear.
How the course is delivered
Follow Him ﷺ is an online service — nothing physical is shipped. After you pay, you receive a confirmation. Your welcome pack and Google Meet link are sent by WhatsApp and/or email before the cohort starts, and classes are delivered live on Google Meet on the scheduled dates. If you haven’t received your joining details 48 hours before the start date, please contact us.
