Where do I find the certificate ID?
At the top left of the certificate, under “Certificate no.” — it looks like ITS-FH-0001. You can also scan the QR code at the top right, which opens this page with the ID filled in.
What does a genuine result show?
The name on the certificate, the course completed and the date it was completed. If any of these don’t match the certificate in front of you, please contact us.
Who can verify a certificate?
Anyone — a parent, a school, an employer or the student herself. No account is needed.
Is the certificate an ijazah?
No. It is a Certificate of Completion: it confirms the student completed the course and passed the final assessment.
The ID wasn’t found. What now?
Check the letters and numbers again (a 0 and an O look alike). If it still isn’t found, contact us with the ID and we’ll look into it.
